- Myfembree (relugolix 40 mg, estradiol 1 mg, norethindrone acetate 0.5 mg): Health Canada issued a Notice of Compliance on September 22, 2023 for the management of heavy menstrual bleeding associated with uterine fibroids in pre-menopausal women, and a second NOC on October 17, 2023 for the management of moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis in pre-menopausal women. For comparison, the US FDA had authorized the same combination for the fibroid indication in May 2021 and for the endometriosis indication in August 2022.
